I can't believe this story wasn't in the news more. I don't know quite what to think about it. Graham was friends with him, and, understandably has been really upset by the whole thing.
I also heard Ritscher had a son.
look at the picture and the zip ties on the police officer, I think they use those as hand cuffs at protests.
